These Official Rules, including the country-specific Schedules, constitute the entire agreement governing this Promotion
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: Please note that the DreamLife© Giveaway (and Monthly prizes) is not a charity raffle or lottery but a prize draw included as part of our membership benefits and trade promotion. Our online contest to win a DreamLife© includes a method of entry via post. In addition to getting the opportunity to win a DreamLife©, entrants will also be entered into other prize draws to win additional prizes regardless of the method of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter but the intention of the DreamLife© giveaway is that people join our membership, enjoy the Lenatus Club benefits, learn how to move to Thailand and gain knowledge on how to work and earn money online or remotely and also will be entered to win a DreamLife© giveaway.
Membership tiers reflect differences in content access, community features, and partner benefits. Any promotional activities, when offered, are made available separately and are free to enter.
The giveaway commences on JANUARY 5, 2026, and ends 5.00pm Indochina Time on the day the final ticket is awarded. One (1) Grand-Prize (collectively, referred to the DreamLife©) will be awarded consisting of twelve (12) individual prizes as stated in Section 10 of the Offical Rules. Odds of winning – one (1) divided by 4000 entrants.
Once all conditions as stated in the Official Rules are met, the grand prize winner will be awarded the prizes as stated in section (10) ten of the Official Rules.
1. ELIGIBILITY. This prize is open only to legal residents where permitted by law. Eligible Countries are listed here with country-specific Schedules.
Must be 18 or older to enter. The Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is void where prohibited by law.
Without limiting the foregoing, residents of the following jurisdictions are not eligible to enter or win this Promotion due to legal, regulatory, licensing, sanctions, payment processing, or compliance restrictions: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, India, China, Russia and Syria and in other countries or areas where prohibited by law. Any jurisdiction in which the Promotion would be deemed an unlicensed lottery, gambling activity, or unlawful trade promotion.
Residents of excluded jurisdictions are not permitted to participate, submit entries, or receive prizes, and any such entries will be void and ineligible.
No employees of GLE Marketing, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, paid consultants to GLE Marketing or members of GLE Marketing’s Board of Directors or their immediate family members (defined as spouse or children) are eligible to participate.
Furthermore lenatus.com employees, directors, managers and their respective immediate family members (i.e., parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings and children) or any other person residing in the same household as an Lenatus, employee, director or manager may not win any of the offered prizes.
Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Lenatus prize. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD & DRAW STRUCTURE. The 2026 Lenatus Dream Life Giveaway commences on January 5, 2026, at 12:00 a.m Indochina Time and ends 5.00 pm Indochina Time on the day the final entry ticket is awarded, (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor is the official time keeper for Lenatus Dream Life giveaway.
The Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway is conducted in individual promotional rounds (“Draw Rounds”).
Each Draw Round begins on the date announced on the official website and continues until exactly four thousand (4,000) valid entrants have been received, or until the Sponsor elects to terminate the Draw Round in its sole discretion.
The duration of each Draw Round is not time-based and may vary depending on participation levels.
Once the maximum number of 4,000 valid entrants has been reached, the Draw Round will be closed and no further entrants will be accepted for that Draw Round.
Minimum Participation: If a Draw Round is terminated before the maximum number of 4,000 valid entrants is reached, the Sponsor reserves the right to:
(a) conduct the prize draw using all valid entries received to date; or
(b) void the Draw Round and refund any applicable membership fees in accordance with the Sponsor’s refund policy.

4. HOW TO ENTER. Below are the methods to enter the Dream Giveaway drawing:
Eligible participants may enter a Draw Round by enrolling in an optional Monthly Membership via the official website at lenatus.com.
Upon successful enrollment and confirmation of payment, the Entrant will receive the number of Golden-Ticket Entries associated with the selected Monthly Membership tier (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold), as displayed at the time of enrollment.
Monthly Memberships are sold for access to digital content, community features, and related services. The allocation of Entries is promotional and incidental to the membership benefits.
After completion, the Entrant will receive a confirmation email identifying:

Eligible participants may also enter a Draw Round by enrolling in a Yearly Membership via the official website at lenatus.com.
Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, the Entrant will receive the number of Golden-Ticket Entries associated with the selected Annual Membership tier (e.g., Platinum or Diamond), as displayed at the time of enrollment.
Annual Memberships are optional and non-recurring unless otherwise stated. They are sold for access to digital services and community benefits, with promotional entries provided as part of the promotion.
A confirmation email will be sent to the Entrant identifying:

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. To receive one (1) free entry into the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway without becoming a member or making any payment, eligible entrants must handwrite their full name, date of birth, email address, country of residence, and the specific giveaway name (“Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway”) on a postcard and mail it by prepaid first- or second-class post to:

Each valid, legible postcard received by the Sponsor at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the close of the Promotion Period will constitute one (1) entry into the same prize draw as all other entries, regardless of method of entry.
Free postal entries will be treated identically to all other entries for purposes of winner selection. Free postal entry provides the same opportunity to win the Grand-Prize as any other Entry; however please note for clarity, paid entry options may allocate a greater number of Entries per Entrant. No additional conditions, purchases, social-media actions, or obligations are required to enter via this method.
Limit one (1) free postal entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period. Mechanical reproductions, photocopies, automated, or bulk mail entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified. Your entry needs to be written in very clear writing or typeface, otherwise the entry may be deemed invalid. Submissions or postcards that are illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminatory, threatening to any person or group, sexually explicit, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading will be ineligible and destroyed without further notice. Any submissions will become the property of Lenatus LLC. Limit one entry per real person over the age of 18. Use of any automated system, Ai, robotic, automatic, programmed or promotional/sweepstakes organizations to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of tickets or entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods may void the participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Upon receipt of a valid entry, one (ENTRY) Golden-Ticket will be awarded and emailed to you. Hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw. No service charge or fee will apply to this method of entry. All ineligible entries will be disqualified and destroyed without further notice. Participation in any activity, including but not limited to membership, viewing content, subscribing to communications, or engaging with Sponsor content on social media, does not guarantee receipt of a Promotional Entry. All Promotional Entries, if awarded, will be entered into the same prize draw as all other valid entries and will be treated identically for purposes of winner selection. The Sponsor reserves the right to limit the number, frequency, and timing of Promotional Entries awarded and to discontinue Promotional Entries at any time without notice
5. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS. For any reason you may request a refund of your donation and cancellation of your entry(s) within 15 days prior to ending date of drawing by contacting customer service at team@lenatus.com. Any incomplete or illegible entries will not be processed. The use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, photocopied entries, or multiple entries sent in bulk mail, or like methods (including without limitation the use of any promotion/sweepstakes subscription, notification entry or like sites or services that offers sweepstakes entry services “on behalf of” Entrant) is strictly prohibited. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of tickets or entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods may void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, postage due, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entry applications, which will be disqualified and destroyed. In the event of a dispute as to any entry application, the authorised account holder of the email address, if applicable, used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. Except in the case of gift entries, all entries must be made in the name of the individual and no transfer of ownership of a ticket is permitted. 6. WINNER SELECTION DRAWING. Within seven (7) days after the last ticket is sold or awarded, an independent entity will randomly select one Conditional Grand Prize Winner from among all valid Lenatus DreamLife© Golden-Tickets. You do not need to be present to win. The draw will be recorded live and made available on all Lenatus social media channels. Depending on your country of residence, you may be asked a skill based question.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The Conditional Grand-Prize Winner for the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway drawing will be notified using the contact information entered on the entry form, immediately after the live drawing and if contact is unsuccessful, within three (3) business days from the drawing and notified that they were selected as the Conditional Grand-Prize Winner and will be conditionally awarded the grand-prize. If Administrator is unable to contact any Conditional Grand-Prize Winner or Entrant fails to respond to the Administrator’s initial contact within fourteen (14) business days of notification or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts, Entrant will be disqualified and an Alternate Conditional Winner will be selected from the same pool of Golden-Tickets and will be notified as the new Conditional Grand Prize Winner.
8. VERIFICATION OF CONDITIONAL WINNERS. CONDITIONAL WINNER OF A LENATUS DREAM LIFE© GIVEAWAY DRAWING IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. Entrant selected as Conditional Grand-Prize Winner will be contacted within 3 business days following notification and will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within 7 days of the date notice is sent, a notarized affidavit of eligibility (over 18yrs) and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited). If a Conditional Grand-Prize Winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the above required documents, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Conditional Grand-Prize Winner forfeits prize and Sponsor may award the applicable prize to a selected Alternate Conditional Winner. If the Conditional Grand-Prize Winner is a Canadian resident, to win, the Conditional Grand-Prize Winner may first have to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited skill testing question administered by telephone.
9. ODDS OF WINNING. For each Draw Round, the odds of winning the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway are one (1) in four thousand (4,000), provided that the maximum number of entrants are reached.
All valid entries received within a Draw Round have an equal chance of winning. No entries received outside a closed Draw Round will be eligible.
Odds of winning the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period. All entries, regardless of method of entry or whether promotional entries are awarded, have an equal chance of winning. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. No purchase, contribution, donation or payment necessary. A purchase, contribution, donation, or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning equal to one divided by the total number of tickets issued with a maximum of 4000 entrants.
10. GRAND PRIZE – THE DREAMLIFE© EXPERIENCE
COME TO THAILAND
Flights
The verified Grand-Prize Winner will receive one (1) return Business Class airfare from a major international airport located closest to the winner’s primary residence to Bangkok, Thailand.
The prize includes premium airport concierge arrival assistance and private ground transportation from the airport to the provided accommodation.
A PLACE TO CALL HOME
Accommodation
Luxury accommodation for one (1) year in a premium, fully furnished one-bedroom condominium located in central Bangkok, Thailand.

The winner will be offered a selection of up to three (3) available condominiums to accommodate reasonable personal needs, subject to availability. Accommodation suitability for partners or pets is not guaranteed but we will endeavor to accommodate.
UTILITIES
The Sponsor will cover standard residential utility costs for the accommodation, including electricity and water (and gas, if applicable), for a period of one (1) year, subject to reasonable usage limits as determined by the Sponsor.
FOOD & LIVING ALLOWANCE
The Grand-Prize includes a monthly allowance equivalent to 10,000 Thai Baht per calendar month provided via shopping gift cards and/or a Thailand-based digital payment application, usable at participating merchants.
The allowance is intended for general living expenses such as groceries and food purchases. The Sponsor does not guarantee universal merchant acceptance.
Where permitted by law and eligibility, Lenatus may assist the winner in setting up a Thailand-based bank account or digital payment solution. Account approval is subject to third-party and regulatory requirements.
MOBILE PHONE & PLAN
The winner will receive one (1) unlocked mobile phone, selected from available models at the time of fulfillment, such as an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy equivalent.
The prize also includes a one (1) year local Thailand mobile phone plan through a major carrier (e.g., AIS or True), including data access and local voice minutes, subject to carrier terms and fair-use policies.
VISA ASSISTANCE
The Grand-Prize includes professional visa consultation and coverage of standard application fees associated with the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), where applicable.
Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant government authority and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility requirements, documentation, and approval timelines are outside the Sponsor’s control.
If the winner is deemed ineligible for the DTV or the visa application is denied for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute this component with an alternative prize or cash equivalent of comparable value.
REMOTE WORKING EXPERIENCE (NON-EMPLOYMENT)
The DreamLife© Grand-Prize includes a Remote Working Experience Program provided by Lenatus.
This program is educational and experiential only and does not constitute employment, a job offer, freelance engagement, income guarantee, or paid work of any kind.
The experience may include:
Participation is voluntary and may be completed remotely from any location, subject to local laws and visa conditions.
Completion of this experience does not create an employer–employee, contractor, or agency relationship between the winner and Lenatus.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
The Grand-Prize includes a Bangkok public transport travel card (e.g., BTS Rabbit Card) with a monthly top-up equivalent to 1,000 Thai Baht per month for one (1) year. Use is subject to the transport provider’s terms.
SCOOTER & SAFETY TRAINING
The winner will receive use of a Honda-branded scooter (or comparable model, up to 300cc) for one (1) year, including standard insurance, maintenance, and a monthly fuel allowance equivalent to 1,000 Thai Baht, subject to provider terms.
The prize also includes up to five (5) scooter safety lessons through a local training provider. Licensing eligibility, insurance conditions, and legal operation of the scooter remain the responsibility of the winner.
HEALTH INSURANCE
The Grand-Prize includes up to one (1) year of essential international medical insurance coverage, subject to the insurer’s underwriting approval, terms, conditions, and exclusions.
Pre-existing conditions may not be covered. If coverage is denied, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute this component with an alternative prize or cash equivalent of comparable value.
LIFESTYLE & WELLNESS BENEFITS

BEACH CLUB EXPERIENCE
The winner will receive a monthly access pass to a Bangkok rooftop or beach-style venue (e.g., Tribe Sky Beach Club or similar) for the winner and up to six (6) guests, including a food and beverage credit equivalent to 10,000 Thai Baht, subject to venue policies.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS
Certain prize components are experiential or educational in nature and do not constitute employment, income, or professional certification.
All prize elements are subject to availability. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any component with an alternative prize or cash equivalent of equal or greater value where necessary.
The Grand-Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Once the Conditional Grand-Prize Winner is verified, arrangements will be made for prize fulfillment. The winner may be required to attend a prize presentation event and provide valid identification as a condition of receiving the prize.
11. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE. By entering, a Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway drawing, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and the decisions of the Administrator which are binding and final in all matters; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, all social media agencies we deal with including but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, Quora, Linkedin and others, the prize suppliers and any other organisations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting Lenatus giveaway drawings, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in a Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway drawing, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in a Lenatus giveaway drawing and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
12. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, participation in a Lenatus DreamLife© giveaway drawing constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor and its agents use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS & DEFINITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify any Lenatus DreamLife© giveaway drawing, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of a Lenatus giveaway drawing, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
DEFINITIONS:
“Entrant” means an individual person who has submitted a valid entry into a Draw Round.
“Entry” means a single chance to win assigned to an Entrant.
“Draw Round” means a promotional round that closes once four thousand (4,000) unique Entrants have been accepted, regardless of the total number of Entries issued.
“Golden-Ticket Entries” means the number of Entries allocated to an Entrant based on the selected entry method.
14. TAX. Whilst many countries provide tax free provisions when winning prizes, our legal advisors will assist you in determining if any tax is liable in the event you are the winner of the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway. Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should also seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize(s). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize
15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. If for any reason an entry or ticket or access to your membership to the Dreamlife© giveaway is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another similar entry or ticket in the Lenatus DreamLife© giveaway drawing, provided that if it is not possible for Sponsor to award another entry due to discontinuance of the drawing, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all valid entries received for any Lenatus giveaway drawing up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. In the event that information, in any published ad, press release, article, brochure, or any other communication regarding a Lenatus giveaway drawing conflicts with the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall take precedence over all other communications or published materials. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of any Lenatus DreamLife© giveaway drawing to correct typographical errors or maintain legal compliance, and such changes shall become effective on the date published on the official website.
16. ARBITRATION. By participating, Entrant agrees as follows: that good faith efforts will be used to attempt to resolve any and all claims and disputes arising under or relating to a Lenatus giveaway drawing. Any dispute, controversy or claim relating to a Lenatus giveaway drawing, including but not limited to the interpretation thereof, the awarding or redemption of prizes, or the determination of the scope, enforceability or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be referred to arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, which shall be the sole and exclusive forum for resolution and settlement of any dispute, controversy or claim between the parties. Any and all legal action, suit, arbitration, or other proceeding with respect to a Lenatus giveaway drawing will be resolved individually, without respect to any form of class or representative action.

18. PRIZE REPRESENTATIONS. Sponsor and/or its agents make no representations as to condition, warranties, or fitness for a particular use of a Grand-Prize. Sponsor reserves all discretion with respect to any options, extras or features not expressly stated in these rules. For travel related giveaways, Sponsor and/or its agents reserve the right to designate or limit travel dates, times, and deadlines, specific level of accommodations, excursions, flights, and all other aspects of the travel prize not specifically stated. Grand-Prize Winner agrees to accept the Grand-Prize “AS IS”, “WHERE IS.”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / NO PURCHASE ADVANTAGE
No purchase, payment, contribution, or membership is necessary to enter or win the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway.
A purchase or payment will not improve an individual’s chances of winning beyond the allocation of additional Entries, all of which are entered into the same random draw and have an equal chance of being selected.
The allocation of multiple Entries to certain paid options does not guarantee winning and does not alter the random nature of the draw.
Entries to the giveaway cannot be purchased and will not be sold separately. The DreamLife© giveaway can be won by any entrant who purchases a membership from our website, or any official link or obtains a free entry via the methods as listed in section 4 of the Official Rules. Membership does not improve an individual’s chances of winning any promotion and is not required to participate.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT
All Entrants, regardless of method of entry, are included in the same random draw and are eligible to win the Grand-Prize. The method of entry does not affect the selection process once Entries are allocated
The Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway is a commercial promotional prize draw conducted by Lenatus LLC and is not a charity raffle, fundraising activity, or donation-based promotion.
Lenatus LLC may, at its sole discretion and independently of this Giveaway, support charitable initiatives through separate corporate activities. Such charitable support is not linked to participation in the Giveaway, the purchase of a membership, or the allocation of entries.
No portion of any membership fee, payment, or participation in the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway is represented as a donation or charitable contribution.
This is not a general charity raffle. Lenatus supports Thailand Charity endeavours on their own accord through the Lenatus Foundation. The giveaway is solely promoted, paid for and funded by Lenatus.
