These country-specific Schedules along with the Official Rules, constitute the entire agreement governing this Promotion

ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES

The Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the following countries (each an “Eligible Country”), subject to the additional country-specific terms set out in the applicable Schedule:

  • Ireland (Schedule F)

  • United States of America, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island (Schedule D)
  • Australia (Schedule G, if applicable)
  • New Zealand (Schedule H, if applicable)

Entrants must be physically located in, or legal residents of, an Eligible Country at the time of entry.

Residents of countries not listed above are not eligible to enter or win.

Each Eligible Country is subject to its own Schedule, which forms part of these Official Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and a country-specific Schedule, the relevant Schedule shall prevail for residents of that country.

This Schedule A applies only to entrants who are legal residents of the United Kingdom.
If you are a UK resident, this Schedule forms part of, and must be read together with, the Official Rules & Terms and Conditions for the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway (the “Promotion”).

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Schedule A and the main body of the Official Rules, this Schedule A shall prevail for UK residents.

1. Nature of the Promotion (UK Clarification)

The Promotion is a free prize promotion and is not a lottery, raffle, or gambling product within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005.

Participation does not require any payment, purchase, or financial contribution, and no element of chance is conditional upon payment.

2. No Purchase Necessary / No Purchase Advantage

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase, membership, subscription, or payment of any kind does not increase an entrant’s chances of winningcompared with the free method of entry.

All valid entries, regardless of the method of entry, are included in the same random draw.

3. Free Entry Method (UK Residents)

7. Advertising & Promotional Communications (UK)

All promotional communications directed at UK residents shall comply with:

Nothing in these Official Rules or this Schedule A excludes or limits any statutory rights available to UK consumers under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (UK Residents)

For UK residents only:

  • This Promotion and this Schedule A are governed by the laws of England and Wales
  • UK courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to statutory consumer rights

This does not affect the governing law provisions applicable to non-UK entrants.

10. Regulatory Safeguard Clause

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Promotion, prize structure, or entry mechanics as they apply to UK residents if required to comply with applicable UK law or regulatory guidance, provided that such modification does not materially disadvantage entrants.

The Promotion is a trade promotion conducted for promotional purposes and is not a lottery or gambling product under Australian law.

Entry into the Promotion is available without requiring payment, and participation is not contingent upon a purchase.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Australian Residents)

Resident Exclusion:

Residents of South Australia, NSW, ACT are not eligible to participate in the Lenatus DreamLife© Giveaway where prohibited by law. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For United States residents:

  • This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles
  • Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by law

11. Regulatory Safeguard Clause
