Once you’ve purchased your membership, you will be sent a confirmation email, typically within 10-15 minutes. During periods of high demand, this may take a couple of hours. Your entry to the DreamLife© giveaway is guaranteed once tickets are purchased.
If cannot locate your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk email folders as your provider may of placed the email in that location.
On the day of the draw, the DreamLife© winner will be contacted immediately by phone during the live stream.

There is a limit of 4000 people who can enter the Lenatus DreamLife© giveaway. Keep in mind, the more tickets an entrant has, the greater the odds of winning.

We will adjust the accomodation to ensure it is pet friendly giving you peace of mind.
No, however you can obtain a single entry membership and gift them to another person prior to the drawing. To obtain gift tickets, click here and choose a SINGLE ENTRY membership for the person you love.
